New Mexico Revisited

We are still in Jacksonville.  It seems to be warming up, up north.  So we are now scheduled to leave April, 25th.  Next stop Washington DC.

In September of 2016 we were in Albuquerque NM for the balloon festival (see previous blog).  After the festival we stayed an extra week to see some of the local sights. 

One of the sights we went to is Acoma Sky City.  Acoma Pueblo is built atop a sheer-walled, 367-foot sandstone bluff in a valley studded with sacred, towering monoliths. Since 1150 A.D.
